This notice explains how we process the personal data you provide through the quote request form on this website, in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Data we process

The data you enter in the form: company name, the contact’s name, email address and, if given, telephone number, the notes, and the transport details (collection and delivery points, collection date, required temperature, number of pallets or gross weight, description of goods). When the form is submitted, the system records the time of submission, the IP address of the submitting device and the language of the page.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Responding to your quote request and preparing any resulting order. Legal basis: the processing is necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); where the contact is not the contracting party, our legitimate interest in communicating with the enquiring company (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Preventing abusive, automated use of the form. The email about the quote request includes the time of submission and the IP address; using a non-reversible identifier derived from the IP address, the server limits the number of submissions from one location for ten minutes. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website and our email secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Recipients and processors

The website server forwards the quote request by email to the controller’s mailbox; the data is accessed by the controller’s staff who prepare quotes. We do not pass the data to other recipients unless required by law.

5. Retention

The technical entry used for submission limiting is valid for ten minutes.

6. Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, or the restriction of its processing; you may object to processing based on legitimate interest; and you may exercise your right to data portability (Articles 15–21 GDPR). Please send your request using the contact details in section 1; we respond within one month at the latest.

7. Remedies

If you consider that the processing of your data infringes the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH; seat: Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest, Hungary; postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9.; telephone: +36 1 391 1400; email: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; www.naih.hu), or bring the matter before a court.

8. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use cookies and does not load analytics or advertising services. Your chosen language is remembered in your browser’s local storage (localStorage); this data stays in your browser and is not sent to the server.
